Privacy Policy

Aequana is a product of BLS Performance, LLC (“we”, “us”), a Maryland limited liability company. This policy covers the website at aequana.com. The Aequana software will have its own separate terms when it is released.
What we collect
Right now this site does one thing: it lets you ask to be told when Aequana launches. If you use the signup form, we collect:
- your email address
- your first name, if you choose to give it
That is all. We do not ask for a mailing address, a phone number, or payment details, and there is no account to create. If you write to us at [email protected], we will also have whatever you put in that email.
What we use it for
We use your email address for one purpose: to tell you when Aequana is available, and occasionally to share news about its release. We do not use it for anything else.
Who else sees it
Our email list is held by Kit, the email service that provides the signup form on this site and sends our email. Kit processes this information on our behalf, and its own privacy policy governs what it does with it.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives standard web request information, including your IP address, in the course of delivering the page to you.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade it, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, advertising tags, or tracking pixels on this site. The only third-party code on the page is Kit’s signup form. It does not set a cookie. It does store a single identifier (ckid) in your browser’s local storage. Kit’s privacy policy covers what Kit does with information collected through its form.
Emails we send may record whether you opened them or followed a link. That is standard for email services and is how we tell whether our messages are arriving.
Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across other websites or services, so there is nothing for us to change in response to a Do Not Track signal. We do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across different websites when you visit this site.
Seeing, correcting and deleting what we hold
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately.
To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us an email address, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.
Where we operate
We are based in the United States, and our email service stores this information in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects what we do with your information, we will post the updated policy here with a new effective date. If the change affects information we have already collected, we will email the people on our list before it takes effect.
